Dubai Shootings | Booking Terms

1. Booking request and payment

All online bookings require 100% payment via Ziina at checkout. No deposit or partial-payment option is offered. Payment confirmation does not confirm date, time, team, dress, location or transfer availability.

2. Availability

Your booking remains pending until Dubai Shootings confirms the essential details in writing by email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 48 hours of successful payment. You may request a full refund before written confirmation or if an essential requested service cannot be provided and no acceptable alternative is agreed.

3. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Once confirmed, cancellations made at least 7 days before the session qualify for a 100% refund; cancellations made from 72 hours to less than 7 days before qualify for a 50% refund; cancellations made under 72 hours before the session or no-shows do not qualify for a discretionary refund. One free date change is available with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability within 90 calendar days of the original session. Mandatory legal rights always apply.

4. Services and safety

Selected package inclusions, dress and location choices are subject to confirmed availability. Safety, weather, venue and access restrictions may require suitable changes. If Dubai Shootings cannot provide the essential agreed service and no acceptable alternative is available, a full refund applies. Transfer coordination or other optional services are only included where explicitly confirmed.

Dubai Shootings | Full-payment bookings via Ziina

Mandatory consumer protections under applicable UAE law always apply.

1. Scope and payment

This Policy applies to photography experiences booked with Dubai Shootings through dubaishootings.com. The entire displayed checkout total, including selected extras and location supplements, is payable in advance through Ziina. We do not offer a deposit option through this booking flow. Payment confirmation is not confirmation of date, dress, photographer, venue or transfer availability.

2. Availability confirmation

After payment, your request remains “Pending Availability” until Dubai Shootings confirms the agreed date, time, location and essential services in writing by email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 48 hours of receipt of a successful payment. Before written confirmation, you may request cancellation and a full refund. If we cannot provide an essential part of the requested experience and you do not accept a reasonably comparable alternative, we will issue a full refund. If no written confirmation is supplied within 48 hours, you may request a full refund unless you have agreed in writing to a longer review period.

3. Customer cancellation after confirmation

Cancellation notice must be sent to info@dubaishootings.com and include your booking reference. Time limits are measured against the confirmed photoshoot start time in Dubai local time (GST, UTC+4). Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the following cancellation schedule applies: 7 or more days before: 100% of the booking payment refunded; from 72 hours to less than 7 days: 50% refunded; less than 72 hours before the session, or no-show: no discretionary refund. These rules do not remove your right to a remedy where a service is not properly provided or where applicable law requires a refund.

4. Rescheduling requested by you

One change of date may be requested free of charge if received at least 72 hours before the confirmed session. The replacement date must be within 90 calendar days of the original date and is subject to availability. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or further changes, will be reviewed individually; any additional, clearly disclosed third-party cost requires your approval before it is incurred. If no acceptable replacement is available for a customer-requested change, the cancellation rules in Section 3 apply unless otherwise required by law.

5. Late arrival and missed sessions

Please arrive at the agreed location on time and keep your registered phone reachable. Arrival delays may reduce the remaining session time, without extending subsequent bookings. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior agreement, the booking may be treated as a no-show where the team can no longer reasonably deliver the session. We will consider genuine emergencies fairly.

6. Weather, safety, access and venue restrictions

For safety or operational reasons, severe weather, sandstorms, venue closures, access restrictions or official instructions may require changes. We will first offer an appropriate alternative date or location at no additional charge for a change caused by us. If we cannot provide the agreed service or a materially comparable option acceptable to you, you may choose a full refund. We will not use weather or third-party restrictions to exclude rights that apply under UAE consumer law.

7. Cancellation or material changes by Dubai Shootings

If Dubai Shootings cancels a confirmed booking or cannot provide the essential agreed services for reasons attributable to us, you may choose a mutually acceptable alternative or a full refund. If only an optional paid extra becomes unavailable, we will refund that extra or agree an alternative with you. Material changes will not be imposed without informing you.

8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will normally be initiated through Ziina to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. The date funds arrive depends on Ziina, the card network and your bank; we cannot guarantee a bank posting date. For transactions charged in a foreign currency, exchange-rate differences or issuer conversion charges may affect the credited amount. No undisclosed administrative deduction will be applied, and mandatory full refunds will not be reduced by our payment processing fees.

9. Service concerns and remedies

If the service delivered materially differs from the agreed package, contact us within a reasonable time with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate promptly and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include corrective work, partial refund or full refund where required by applicable UAE law. This Policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

10. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us first at info@dubaishootings.com so we can review the transaction and resolve any concern. You retain any rights to contact your payment provider, bank or competent consumer protection authority. Where a chargeback is already being reviewed, we will coordinate any refund to avoid duplicate reimbursements.

تنطبق حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في جميع الحالات.

١. النطاق والدفع

تسري هذه السياسة على تجارب التصوير التي تُحجز لدى دبي شوتينغز عبر موقع dubaishootings.com. يُسدَّد المبلغ الكامل المعروض عند إتمام الحجز مسبقاً عبر منصة Ziina، بما في ذلك الخدمات الإضافية ورسوم الموقع المختارة. لا يتاح خيار العربون في مسار الحجز هذا. ولا يعني تأكيد الدفع تأكيد توافر التاريخ أو الفستان أو المصور أو الموقع أو خدمة النقل.

٢. تأكيد التوافر

يبقى طلب الحجز بعد الدفع في حالة «بانتظار التحقق من التوافر» إلى أن تؤكد دبي شوتينغز كتابةً الموعد والوقت والمكان والخدمات الأساسية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب. نسعى للرد خلال ٤٨ ساعة من استلام الدفع الناجح. ويجوز للعميل طلب الإلغاء واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً قبل إرسال التأكيد الكتابي. وإذا تعذر توفير عنصر أساسي من التجربة المطلوبة ولم يقبل العميل بديلاً مماثلاً بصورة معقولة، يُرد المبلغ كاملاً. وإذا لم يصدر تأكيد مكتوب خلال ٤٨ ساعة، يحق للعميل طلب استرداد كامل، ما لم يوافق كتابةً على مهلة مراجعة أطول.

٣. إلغاء العميل بعد التأكيد

يُرسل طلب الإلغاء إلى info@dubaishootings.com مع رقم الحجز. وتُحسب المدد بحسب موعد بدء التصوير المؤكد بالتوقيت المحلي لدبي (UTC+4). مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية، تسري الأحكام التالية: قبل الموعد بسبعة أيام أو أكثر: استرداد ١٠٠٪؛ من ٧٢ ساعة إلى أقل من سبعة أيام: استرداد ٥٠٪؛ قبل أقل من ٧٢ ساعة أو في حالة عدم الحضور: لا يُمنح استرداد اختياري. ولا تمس هذه الشروط بحقوق العميل في التعويض أو المعالجة عند عدم تقديم الخدمة كما اتُّفق أو متى استوجب القانون ذلك.

٤. تغيير الموعد بطلب العميل

يجوز طلب تغيير الموعد مرة واحدة دون رسوم إذا وصل الطلب قبل الموعد المؤكد بـ٧٢ ساعة على الأقل. ويجب أن يكون الموعد البديل خلال ٩٠ يوماً تقويمياً من الموعد الأصلي، رهناً بالتوافر. أما الطلبات المتأخرة أو التغييرات الإضافية فتُراجع بحسب الحالة، ولا تتحمل أي تكلفة لطرف ثالث إلا بعد الإفصاح عنها والحصول على موافقة العميل قبل تكبدها. وإذا لم يتوافر موعد بديل مقبول بناءً على طلب العميل، تطبق أحكام الإلغاء في البند الثالث، ما لم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك.

٥. التأخر وعدم الحضور

يرجى الحضور في الوقت والمكان المتفق عليهما وإبقاء وسيلة الاتصال المسجلة متاحة. قد يؤدي التأخر إلى تقليص مدة الجلسة المتبقية دون تمديد الحجوزات التالية. وإذا تجاوز التأخر ثلاثين دقيقة دون اتفاق مسبق، فقد يُعدّ الحجز عدم حضور عندما لا تعود إمكانية تقديم الخدمة بصورة معقولة متاحة. وتُراعى حالات الطوارئ الحقيقية بإنصاف.

٦. الطقس والسلامة والقيود على المواقع

قد تستدعي الأحوال الجوية الشديدة أو العواصف الرملية أو إغلاق المواقع أو قيود الدخول أو التعليمات الرسمية تغيير الموعد أو المكان حفاظاً على السلامة. وسنعرض أولاً موعداً أو مكاناً بديلاً مناسباً دون رسوم إضافية إذا كان التغيير من جانبنا. وإذا تعذر تقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها أو بديل مماثل جوهرياً ومقبول للعميل، فيجوز له اختيار استرداد كامل. ولا تحد ظروف الطقس أو قيود الغير من حقوق المستهلك التي يقررها القانون الإماراتي.

٧. الإلغاء أو التغيير الجوهري من جانب دبي شوتينغز

إذا ألغت دبي شوتينغز حجزاً مؤكداً أو تعذر عليها تقديم الخدمات الأساسية المتفق عليها لأسباب تُنسب إليها، يجوز للعميل اختيار بديل مقبول للطرفين أو استرداد كامل. وإذا تعذر تقديم خدمة إضافية اختيارية ومدفوعة فقط، فيُرد ثمن تلك الخدمة أو يُتفق على بديل. ويُخطر العميل بأي تغيير جوهري قبل تنفيذه.

٨. طريقة الاسترداد ومواعيده

تُباشر عادةً عمليات الاسترداد الموافق عليها عبر Ziina إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال خمسة أيام عمل من الموافقة. ويتوقف وصول المبلغ فعلياً على Ziina وشبكة البطاقة والبنك، ولا يمكن ضمان تاريخ قيده. وقد تؤثر فروق سعر الصرف أو رسوم تحويل العملة لدى جهة إصدار البطاقة على المبلغ المُقيد عند الدفع بعملة أجنبية. ولا تُفرض استقطاعات إدارية غير معلنة، ولا تُخصم رسوم معالجة الدفع الخاصة بنا من حالات الاسترداد الكامل الإلزامية.

٩. الشكاوى المتعلقة بالخدمة والحلول

إذا اختلفت الخدمة المقدمة اختلافاً جوهرياً عن الباقة المتفق عليها، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال مدة معقولة مع رقم الحجز ووصف المشكلة. سنحقق في الشكوى دون تأخير غير مبرر، وقد يشمل الحل التصحيح أو إعادة تقديم الخدمة أو استرداداً جزئياً أو كاملاً وفقاً للقانون الإماراتي المعمول به. ولا تنتقص هذه السياسة من حقوق المستهلك المقررة قانوناً.

١٠. النزاعات والاعتراضات المصرفية

يرجى التواصل أولاً عبر info@dubaishootings.com حتى نراجع العملية ونحاول معالجة المشكلة. ويحتفظ العميل بكامل حقوقه في الرجوع إلى مزود الدفع أو البنك أو جهة حماية المستهلك المختصة. وإذا كان اعتراض مصرفي قيد المراجعة، فسننسق أي استرداد لتجنب تكرار دفع المبلغ.
